Production time Because each item is made to order, please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order ships. Larger or bulk orders may require additional time — we'll let you know if so.

Shipping time Once your order ships, standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days. Total time from order to delivery is generally about 2–4 weeks.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays We're not responsible for carrier delays once an item has shipped, but we'll always help you track down a package. If you need an order by a specific date, please reach out before ordering so we can confirm timing.

Incorrect addresses Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
